    Es ist etwas zum Essen,
    wird in Deutschland manchmal vergessen.
    Zur Grundnahrung gehörte sie,
    in England und USA vergaß man sie nie.
    Ist es draußen bitterkalt,
    dann schmeckt sie besser halt.
    Einem anderem Gemüse sehr ähnlich,
    verrat ich aber nicht, dass wäre dann ...

    Vielleicht hilft es ein wenig weiter.

    Es ist sehr verwandt mit Pastinakenpüree. Gibt es für italienische Nudelgerichte fertig im Gläschen, kann man aber auch selbst herstellen.
