Premium automatische Verlängerung

    Hallo,

    laut Support sollte sich mein Premium automatisch nach Ablauf mit 1-2 h Verzögerung verlängern.

    Die Zeit ist um, aber mein Premium noch nicht wieder aktiv.
    Das Paket Farmerglück wurde mir vorhin schon als gebucht mit Layer angezeigt.

    Kann da jemand mal helfen?

    Hallo jackiblack :)

    mal vorsichtig gefragt, die komplette erste Hilfe (Browser- und auch Flashplayercache leeren, mit Anschließendem Browserneustart) hast du schon durchgeführt? :oops:

    Erste Hilfe hab ich gemacht. Jetzt neu eingeloggt, aber kein Premium aktiv. :(
