    habe letzten Mittwoch eine Anfrage an den Support geschickt und bisher keine Antwort bekommen.
    Dauert das immer so lange oder bin ich zu ungeduldig?

    hast du denn die automatische Bestätigungs-E-Mail bekommen? Die Mailadresse mit der du hier registriert bist, ist immer noch aktuell? Und im Spamordner, hast du dort auch einmal nachgeschaut?

    Ja habe die automatische Mail bekommen und in den Spam Ordner seh ich auch immer nach.

    Mhm, also wenn da im Spamordner keine Antwortmail vorhanden ist, dann möchte ich dich bitten, dass du den Support noch einmal anschreibst.
