Laufzeit Bonus zu kurz

    Hallo,
    ich habe vor einigen Minuten (etwa 10) das TG-Paket für 4,99 € gekauft, ist ja Mega-EP-Day.
    Problem ist, das die Laufzeit des Bonus zu kurz ist. (siehe Abb.)

    Normal beträgt die Laufzeit doch 24 Stunden.
    Schaut doch bitte mal nach. ;)

    da bin ich doch glatt mal zum Support geflitzt und der hat nachgeschaut. Tja, also wie sag ich es dir nur :oops:
    du hast doch um 14.01 Uhr das Gruselfarmer-Paket gekauft und da hast du den EP-Bonus bekommen. Es war ja ein Kauf via Echtgeld.

    ich danke Dir ganz herzlich für die Info und den "Lauf" zum Support. ;)

    Stimmt, ich hab mir das Gruselfarmer-Paket geholt.
    Hab nicht gewusst, das das auch für den 100% Bonus ausreicht, dann hätte ich die TG gar nicht gebraucht. ***Haare rauf***

    Sachverhalt ist geklärt, nochmals danke und bitte sei so nett und dreh den Schlüssel rum.
